Elizabeth McIntyre is a Consultant and Executive Producer with Curve Media, with a career in documentary film making, commissioning and exhibition.
She is an elected member of the BAFTA TV and BAFTA Learning & New Talent Committees, and a member of the Advisory Committee for OKRE, Wellcome Trust.
McIntyre’s previous positions include CEO & Director of Sheffield Doc/Fest,Head of Masterschool for Documentary Campus (Berlin) and Head of Production & Development (Factual) for Discovery UK, commissioning and executive producing single films and series for local and global markets, includingYou Have Been Warned, Extreme Car Hoarders, Incredible Engineering Blunders andInside the Gangsters’ Code. She is a former board member of Women in Film & Television.
As an award winning documentary maker, McIntyre’s credits include The Lost Children of Berlin for Steven Spielberg; No Place Like Home (BBC); Dangerous Love (BBC) and Five Steps to Tyranny (BBC). McIntyre is from Chester and is a graduate of the University of Birmingham.
